How to auto dump your disc:
- Sit on the toilet with your legs slightly raised.
- Contract your perineum (as if you were pushing for a pee or the big one).
- Your menstrual flow should empty into the toilet.
- Once you've finished, relax your perineum and the disc should snap back into place on its own. If it doesn't, push with your finger to replace it behind your cervix.
Are disposable discs better for the environment than tampons?
Disposable medical silicone discs, like tampons, are not yet reusable or recyclable.
