Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@cupnco.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Product
If you discover your order is incorrect, please contact us by email at help@cupnco.com with photos of the wrong product. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is tracking, we will ship a replacement product immediately.
Exchange
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by email at help@cupnco.com. We will process the free exchange.
Change of Mind
Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will be processed. Please note: Color, Size, and Texture.
Cancel the Order
We usually ship orders immediately. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the processing department, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order once it has been shipped. You may need to return the product once you receive it.
Note: All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it. It may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Non-returnable Items
- Partially or fully assembled products
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged after receipt (for reasons not due to our error)
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or promotional items (see section below)
- Gift cards
- Custom-made products (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
